Payments and cancellations

Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellation and refund requests are handled for eligible Membara digital subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Last updated 17 October 2026.

Who processes the payment?

When Paddle processes an eligible Membara subscription, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the official payment documents and administers eligible refund requests. This policy is information about the customer process; it does not replace Paddle's Buyer Terms or Refund Policy.

Cancel a subscription

Customers can cancel through the subscription management link in their Paddle transaction or subscription email, or through Paddle's buyer support portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Access may remain available until the end of the paid period, subject to the applicable product and buyer terms.

Request a refund

To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt, the Paddle Customer Portal, or visit paddle.net. Paddle reviews eligibility under its current Refund Policy, including mandatory withdrawal or consumer rights where applicable. Requests do not automatically guarantee a refund.

Your legal rights

Applicable consumer protection rules and statutory withdrawal rights may grant additional protections depending on your country and the type of purchase. These rights are not limited by this page. Refer to Paddle's country-specific policy for details.

Simulated payments

Paddle Sandbox transactions are test payments only. They do not transfer real money, create a production subscription, or result in a real-money refund or tax invoice.
