Terms of Service
Terms for the public Membara Tech website, its digital tools, and referenced software services. Last updated 17 October 2026.
1. Scope and product terms
These terms cover the public website, information and tools supplied by Membara Tech. Individual products may use additional service-specific terms. Membara Commander is separately governed by its own Terms of Service linked below.
2. Authorized use
You must use our systems only for lawful purposes and on devices, accounts, networks and data that you own or are authorized to access. Unauthorized access, credential theft, malicious interference, spam and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
3. Accounts, availability and responsibility
You are responsible for your login credentials, permissions and instructions. Features can vary by plan, device, region and product stage. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, reliability or security. Back up critical data before sensitive operations.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Where paid digital subscriptions are made available, the plan, price, currency, billing period, taxes, renewal and any trial conditions will be presented before checkout. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for applicable purchases, with Paddle's buyer terms governing the payment transaction.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation or a refund through the relevant billing service. For Paddle transactions, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply, together with any mandatory local consumer rights. See our Refund Policy page for instructions.
6. Security, third parties and privacy
External identity providers, hosting services, AI assistants and payment providers operate under their own terms. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the relevant product notice.
7. Changes and contact
